Sink or Swim in Pelican Bay and Cayo Costa and cooking with Firehouse Kitchen

Cayo Costa is an incredible gem on Florida's west coast. Hurricane Ian did tremendous damage, and the park portion of the island is closed. We took our dinghy to explore several remote sections and enjoyed the secluded beaches that we found.
Monica and I are always searching for new recipes for the gally. Along those lines we asked our friend Firefighter Ray from Firehouse Kitchen to cook a dish for us that we'll try to prepare ourselves on Sea Star. Thank you, Firefighter Ray!
