Was the Verona pre-made or did you create the ship?

I selected an already existing ship model in Floating Sandbox and used the slice tool to transform it into Verona.

@@Maritime_HistoryI’ve been using 2 of those HMT Olympic to convert them into Lusitania bow and stern (I still need to fix the bow as it was messed up)

That was a great video. That's a terrible tragedy, but somehow over 2,000 survived. @Maritime_History

@@Maritime_HistoryI have a book called Disasters At Sea and there's a ship called LA Seyne. She was in a collision with the British India liner Onda. La Seyne sank in just two minutes with the loss of 101 out of 162. Somehow 61 people managed to survive. They were picked up by the Onda. RIP to the 101 people that lost their lives on the La Seyne. May they never be forgotten.

It looks like she sank on a fairly even keel

I was unable to find any specific details as to the way Verona sank. So I tried my best.

Hey I got a question in the future could you do a video on the SS Thracia built for the Plate Steamship Co, Ltd. In 1909 she was sold to the Cunard line and renamed Thracia and in 1917 she was torpedoed and sunk by SM UC-69.

Interesting video topic. Thank you for the suggestion. I'll work on the SS Thracia documentary between June and July of 2024.
