oh my god, I slept through the new video in my time zone :-) I thought a lot about how to make shifted materials not so heavy: I tried reducing mass/gravity if the material is shifted. in fact, I think ideally, not a continuous covering of the background should be used, but sparsed trusses supporting the structure made of shifted material, which give a lot of strength with low weight I also just realized that based on the new (not yet published) red-green-blue layers system it will be possible to create effective pumps, which in turn can work to effectively create water motors like jet skis (pumping water through themselves) I'm very glad that the new features of machines gameplay are getting attention! the next release will add copy/paste (80% ready), a new colored multilayer system (the shifted layer will also remain) also, I hope to finally be able to create some well-functioning example machines soon Also, in the near future I plan to add the ability to draw a line one atom thick (for ropes, wires and other thin structures)
