Yep, true. For this price sould be confortable and bigger, frameless for the field of view. But they ask inly money, no testing, no care for clients...

Hello there! Thanks for the review. Would please suggest which one will be the best option for Sony W800C 50" TV?

Great review. Have not got my projector yet but have a 3d tv. Big fan of 3d. Can you tell me whether or not my active glasses used with TV will also work with projector as well as getting bit confused with seeing emitter ones as well
@bassmandudge5 жыл бұрын
As far as I understand it there are 2 types of active 3d glasses...RF and IR ..my Epson projector is RF based so only RF active glasses (like those reviewed) will work. I believe...but dont quote me, that most RF glasses work with most RF systems...it might not be the case 100% of the time ...so you need to check. If your tv is active 3d... so not a split side by side ... then you need to check which system your tv uses and which system the projector uses. I do know that active IR glasses do not work with my system though.

Hi I was thinking in getting the epsons because I have both the sintron and the hishock, and both of them suffers the same problem: some sort of water marks through the glasses. If you take them and point your eyes to an object and begin staring at it, then move your head (or the glasses) you can see how the image trembles, like looking through a wet window or a fine layer of water. This something subtle of course and you only notice it if you pay attention. But it is weird that nobody talk about it in all the glasses reviews I have seem on Internet. Can you please check it and come back with your conclusions? i was wondering if the epsons suffers the same problem, if yes i suppose it is a common issue of the technology used to built the active 3d glasses

I'll definitely have a look. Do you have a DLP or led projector? I believe this kind of "rainbow" effect can be found on a lot of DLP projectors and I wonder if that might be part of the problem. I am no expert but will tale a look at my Epson glasses and report back

@@bassmandudge Well, no it is not about the proyector ( mine it is a Epson Lcd) in fact the artifacts that I mentioned are visible with the glasses off, and not looking to the screen but to any real object. For example a tree. It is something about the material of the lenses of the glasses, which seems not perfectly flat and have those imperfection that you do not find in the normal glasses

Which one's better for EPSON 3D PROJECTOR TW5650??
@bassmandudge3 жыл бұрын
Hi I prefer the original Epson ones...I find them the most comfortable of the three... the hi Shock ones dont fit my nose as well so I removed the nose piece which helped them to sit more on my face rather than balanced on my nose but it made them more uncomfortable for longer movies. None of them fit like my glasses so they all feel a bit odd...I havent looked to see if there are new ones available...as I said in the video why they cant make s pair of these to fit like regular glasses is beyond me.

I am getting an awefull 3d shadow issue with the left eye piece with the hi shock glasses.

Assaf Paz sorry to hear that. I havent had any issues with ours so far.

Did you find anything better than these in the end?
@bassmandudge3 жыл бұрын
Hi...no in the end i prefer the Epson ones out of the 3...the actual materials are more comfortable..but tbh i still find them all ergonomically lacking. If my nose was a little less wide the Hi shocks were the most "glasses" like...but i had to remove the nose pieces, so ended up not as comfy as the Epsons. All three are usuable for the length of most movies. I am not sure the Epsons are worth the extra over the hi shocks for most peoples usage. I must look around again as I really do enjoy 3d when its done well.

@@bassmandudge thanks for the reply, I have noticed that hishock make some newer ones with different nose pieces, they are pretty expensive though.
