I use a Netti pot with Himalayan salt to rinse my out my sinus one at a time . Works perfectly...

A small condiment bottle is ideal. I just use boiled water, cooled, sometimes with a bit of salt. Thanks for your hack, it really does help!😋😛

I have doubled up the neti pot solutions many times in the past when I was sick or it was just about to.... and it made a big difference. I use the neti pot (looks like a pot) and I had never heard of it until 15 years ago and it's been a life saver ever since. Loved to see your way of making the solution, too. such a life changer. Nothing like getting hit with a big wave in the ocean to knock that snot right out of ya! lol... great info, thanks for sharing.

I use hypertonic saline spray, or less often hypertonic saline in a SINUS RINSE. These work great. I'll have to try your method.

I used it several times and the next thing I knew I was getting dizzy spells. My guess it the Navage cleaned it out so good it moved the crystals inside the ear lobes. Scared to think about using navage again after that.

If you buy xylitol, just be aware that even a tiny amount is deadly to pets. It’s used in some gums and candies as well.

That was fun with the noises.. I must say I tried this method two weeks ago , and for me , it was Hell afterwards.. I had head acke , and nose was complete stuffed.. Why It didn’t work for me ..?

I cannot use table salt .... It burns like heck .... I use a Neti Pot. The rinsing solution is cooled boiled water 3 parts sea salt, 1 part baking soda and 1 part xylitol.
