Having been put on a BiPAP a couple years ago, I can confirm that they are absolutely a lifesaver. And I sympathize on the silicone mask vibration issue. The only way I've found to fix it is to tighten my mask's straps. ...Also, considering I live in a nursing home, on SSI and Medicaid, in Alabama... yeah, I have to make my masks last, because I have basically NO way to replace them.

"Now we are CERTIFIABLY cooking." Starting off ROUGH with bad stats and literally inconsequential items. The Ankh gives us a very minor amount of insurance, but if Mr. Victa is going to die as Eden in any given run, there's very little that ??? can do to remedy that. We got a very nice Sacrifice Room play on floor one netting us Trinity Shield (a favorite of mine, though it doesn't seem to do as well as it did in Afterbirth+) and Scapular, letting us CONTINUALLY play more Sacrifice Rooms. The Money from said Sacrifice Rooms allowed us to purchase Member Card, which then opened the door (or rather the floor) for freakin' Star of Bethlehem. Now that's all well and good, but the moment we left that aura we were right back to "stat hell" as Mr. Victa put it. Despite the best efforts of the Star of Bethlehem we might be looking at a struggle bu-HOLY **** THAT'S Death's List. Won Run! Rock Bottom was of course the extremely obvious choice, given it's amazing synergy with Star of Bethlehem, but we weren't done there. Shortly thereafter we got Crown of Light, as well as Contagion. Later Devil Deals brought on freakin' Maw of the Void, and freakin' Twisted Pair. All of that in conjunction with the added firepower of Evil Eye? The game stood no chance in hell. Taking a look at Jasonator53's Repentance Eden Run Dunk Rating, ANY run with Death Certificate or Rock Bottom is an instant 9 or higher, so the only question is, 9 or 10? Well, as much as I'd love to give this fantastic run some praise, we can't ignore how rough that start was. We were on track to make the most of it, and come out at the end with a 5 or a 6, but the true 10's are just a little bit of a step above where we were today. There's a reason it specifies "you can see more tear effects than floor." So with that said, we're leaving this one at a very strong 9, and I can't wait until tomorrow's SATURDAY SUMMARY to see how this week holds up with these amazing runs we've had.

I sleep on average probably around 4-5 hours a night, by choice. I will admit I function better on a day to day basis with 7/8 hours of sleep but I prefer having more hours in the day, I just supplement my lost sleep with caffeine and nicotine

Lack of quality sleep over several years can lead to permanently deteriorating cognitive function. A good night's sleep is literally the most important thing you can get for a long, healthy life. Sin... *sigh*... The Mask should be replaced monthly along with filters in the machine and the rest of it every 3-4 months. That's hoses, the entire mask frame, so on... Machine itself, every few years or so. No matter how well you clean it, very lucky you didn't get a bad resp infection to this point.
