I took my daughter to see RHCP at that concert. It was her first ever concert to attend. I took her there as her bday gift (she turned 14), knowing they are her favorite band. At home she often plays them on vinyl and, I must say, they sounded just as great live. Thank you, RHCP, for soul healing music!! My heart is filled with love and gratitude, and I am so happy my girl is a fan.

I was at that show about 10 rows back in front of john and being a fan of these guys from day one i wasnt expecting to much from them at 60 years old well johns 54 but i was shocked at how great they sounded.the peppers definitely did not disappoint and it had to be one of the best live performances and live mixes i ever heard.these guys are playing at peak level and its worth every penny to go see them.i would advise anyone to take advantage of going to see them live before they hang it up because they are about as good as it gets as far as far as live musician's go.watching them go from a small wild indi club act with Hillel slovak into musical juggernauts is unbelievable and i really cant believe they are still around and putting out high level relevant music.if your a music lover these guys are one show you dont want to miss.

@bobowens 3687 🙌🏻 Bravo …. well said! In my view they’ve swapped their youthful extroversion for a musicianship that’s deeply heartfelt, highly skilful and outstandingly beautiful; this is especially apparent during the quieter moments on stage, like the Cali Jam. RHCP is truly a world class band these days.

Im really shocked they played so much from By The Way... a lot of people don't like that album (I freaking adore it) so that makes me happy. Kinda shocked not to hear more from BSSM, Under the Bridge especially or Power of the Equality.... oh well, they're probably sick of playing that album. Just an interesting mix of songs. I would have been sad not to hear Dark Necessities too, I love that song so much. There were a couple in here I would have gladly traded out in favor of a performance of Cant Stop, Scar Tissue, Goodbye Angels, Wet Sand, or Dosed... but all in all, sounded like a decent show. Saw them back in 2017 on The Getaway tour which was majestic. The column-light candle things moving in waves over the crowd was so trippy and I was right up front in the first block of people... It was epic.
