Budgie/Peter and John McGeoch are such wildly creative and phenomenal players that the music that the band recorded and released during McGeoch's time with The Banshees was of such a phenomenally high quality and level that (imho) it was virtually unequaled in the time that they were surpassing themselves and distancing themselves from their contemporaries with each successive release! Huge kudos to Budgie/Peter and John for always striving to further their art. And, heaps of credit to them for being able to replicate their recorded music seamlessly in the live setting. John McGeoch was possibly the Jeff Beck of my generation. Especially his work with Magazine and with The Banshees! His sounds are oftentimes orchestral... Thanks for uploading this Cheers

Siouxie and the Banshees were such a huge influence on 80’s alt and pop music and beyond. You can even hear echos of their sound on Taylor’s Swift 1989 album. Unfortunately they never cracked markets outside of the UK. They still deserve a wider audience and much more credit.
