I played a match yd & I manage to kill over 60 units with my Sipahi it was a bloodbath... I remember a few years back trying to make this unit to work but it was so so bad that I had no other option than to give up, now though after their complete rework & their new mastery it's a really strong & fun unit to play as long you play them the right way & don't waste them by throwing them on units that counter them, as for the doc suggestions for this unit on your video, imo Devastation is not worth putting on this unit, & also disagree on with what you can replace that doc, personally I prefer more tankiness since their main skill last for 12 whole seconds, so it's paramount in order to deal as much dmg & take full advantage of the skills long duration to keep them alive for as long as possible, that's my opinion anyway.

if you go for the upper Veterancy a more tanky setup in their doctrine is a good idea ^ ^

@@ELITE_LEGIONS_CB Top is what I use indeed, my Sipahi have close to 11k health & 700/700 Piercing/Slashing & 400 Blunt def, that setup based on my experience works pretty well.
