What was put on the gear selector bold? Was it Grease? If Yes which typenof grease should I use? (I dont mean the lock thide) 3:42 Thanks for that cool Video:)

while it is an excellent way of helping patrons who want to rebuild their vespa engines, I would like to point out that your 'hand' is actually in the way which prevents viewers from seeing what really you are doing .... for instance where exactly you are 'inserting' the feeler guage to measure the play in the main shaft gears. Is it between the gears or is it between the top spacer shim and the gear or is it between the 2 gears etc etc. I am really finding your tutorials quite helpful. Thank you.

I was wondering what happens if for some reason one of the (say second) gears are placed upside down? I have an Allstate that seems to skip second gear entirely! I'm wondering if perhaps this might be one of the symptoms? Apologies for the newbie question, I know Lambrettas better! (it's a 1964 so I know it's a four speed gearbox :) )

Thanks but that's a parts list. In the video he ticks off a checklist of parts as he installs them. Is this still available? I couldn't find it on the website. It would be very handy when ordering parts for my rebuild.
