Almost all barangay officials do not cooperate or help to maintain or enforce their authority to implement the lgu and city ordinance against illegal vendor, parking, illegal structure and all those ordered ordinance, to cover up their negligence they call the mmda to operate the clearing up but once it was done by mmda, that all they are free again to let it be and malingers, so better penalised also the barangay official for un cooperative and negligence of thier community duty and report to DILG.
