I wish I was part of this culture. This is simply awesome, I get all pumped up when I see this. Best Haka I've seen, period.

One of the most impressive things I have ever seen and heard was the full blooded roar of a Ka Mate Haka when I was on the North Island of New Zealand in 2019. As a life-long All Blacks fan, and an Aussie, it sent shivers up and down my spine

aww that's why I love being Maori ....in a moment (of grief) you see (yet again) the skill of Maori (whanau) listening with intent to the leaders voice calling what's coming next (zero practice) and executing with vocal gusto, precision and piercing body+facial gestures. Te home whanau felt it, te people felt it and I definitely felt it , eleven (11+) years later. 💗Sir Howard Morrison & whanau 💖Thank you xo

I might be a bit late for this as I only saw the clip for the first time today (22.12.2020). But I agree with Aggressor Nation. I come from East Yorkshire, UK ; I wish that I had something like the Haka in my heritage. One can't fail to be fired up just hearing the words from the people performing. Truly awesome. Also a fitting send off from the family to Sir Howard Morrison. One of the best hakas I have ever seen.

I just watched this after all these years. My heart still goes out to the whanau of Sir Howard Morrison. I felt like I was back at this day today. Feeling the ihi and the admiration that the whanau and the hearts of so many people that this beautiful man met and touched.

Why do a lot of Maori youngsters want to follow the black hiphop influence, when their culture is a 1000x more powerful. Just look at this.

We listen black hip hop but noway does it compare to our culture it's just music all the gold chains n flash cars off those vids mean nothing compared to being maori
