They had a similar hug on the 17th green in ‘87, after Seve had holed the decisive putt that year.

Nick and Seve - most iconic, emotional moment in golf history

I don't think I'd quite realised just how easy, effortless, and slow-looking Nick's Faldo's swing was. He almost makes Freddie Couples swing look brutal and ungainly.

I've been playing and watching golf for almost sixty years ,,, oh yes indeed, there have been many great golf swings over the years. If I had my choice of who to emulate when it came to golf swings it would Nick Faldo. No question Woods and McIlroy have wonderful golf swings especially McIlroy but I just love the beautiful unhurried pace of Faldo's swing.

I agree and I would put Jerry Pate's swing in joint first place with him.

I never knew Nick Faldo had a female caddy. I've been googling and learning all about Fanny Sunesson. What a fantastic caddy! What a story! Very cool!

Nobody on the European team was more clutch than Faldo. Garcia, Poulter, Westwood and all the other cry babies can’t hold a candle to him.
