Hearing Sir Richard Branson speak about what is needed to run a successful company, causes me to state once again that Manchester United football team manager, Eric Tenn Hagg will never make ManU a very successful team, though he has great technical football knowledge and skill in developing individual players. The person to make ManU into a winning team is the gentle, pleasant and positive Ole Gunnar Soljair. He almost got them there the first time, before impulsive and shortsighted people got him fired at the first sign of failure. If he is given a second chance and more patience, he will make ManU, a winning team. He will get them there! Tenn Hagg ,or someone else, with his type of technical skills could assist him as his assistant coach. No team in any field excels, if that team , or many of its members are always on the verge of the doghouse, or feel that way.
