Thanks for sharing. My boys sometimes refuse a hug before bed. It's a dad thing to go back in when they are asleep and hug them! Maybe your old man did the same:-) Great video, cheers.

The first nine minutes is story telling about someone calling him out for being "fluffy bollocks" and the last four minutes he talks about how to creating a performance culture.

It's to build an emotional connection in the audience who, unlike you or I, aren't wholly focused on getting pure information from an event, but need a story or emotional link to what is being said before they can be fully interested and remember what was said with a positive association.

Telling that story about when he was working with traders was part of what helped create connection and relevance for everyone in regards to what he was talking about. Culture affects everyone, everywhere.

Better than Simon S. He is also good but this one has more feelings, emotions. I am really sorry about your dad. It is a reminder for me to avoid to miss that valuable moments. . I do believe that 5 keys for high performance. Only challenge is to remain calm after asking questions ( 2nd one)

Gosh...not so great of an experience & learn from it. I'm beginning to learn that we have to reading reviews before I listen to something I should take a new account what's many of them say. I took nothing about developing a team culture!
