Sean Connery truly makes me proud to be Scottish - always very generous and humble in his praise of others, which is what a true gentleman should always be. To think he is in the same company as the likes of De Niro, Pacino and so many other Hollywood greats, truly a remarkable achievement for a man from Edinburgh, who left school at 13 with no proper qualifications, and he still remains humble. Not too many of that kind around these days, unfortunately.

A sorely missed king of entertainment, Sir Sean Connery. When I was in high school, 20 years ago, we had a sub who came in from time to time, he was a dead ringer in looks and even voice for Sean Connery.
