It a little funny to me, the more people criticize the word, it turns out that the song is the most played bside of the album. The title was made on purpose by the producers of the song, and the lyrics give it a lot of meaning. Furthermore, he opened his concert with this song upside down, hanging 6 meters from the floor and singing live. The rizzness has had a very iconic journey since it was released, without forgetting that it even won word of the year by the Oxford English Dictionary, which already included it in its vocabulary.

When I saw the name of the song I was like... really...... but I absolutely love the song and feel like it and the MV are absolutely perfect. Taemin is really out here making me say Rizzness and I'm not even mad about it. The black and white were telling a story that I would be awful at explaining but I'm glad the set was simple, it fit for me. He sold it to me.

Don’t worry, even as a Taemin fan I cringed when I first saw the tracklist. Luckily I’m not around teens so I wasn’t exposed to the word too much and it only took me one listen to fall in love with the song. Based on their insta post the producers for this song were definitely aware it was going to be divisive but decided to troll us anyway 😂 I’m just glad that Taemin is still experimenting and pushing himself after being a soloist for 10 yrs! That’s like 30 years in the Kpop world. It’s awesome that it grew on you too! ❤

eh oh el, I'm glad I'm not alone when it comes to first impressions of the title. Ooo, I didn't know the producers talked about it. 👀 It was a risk, an excellent one to take with Taemin, and it paid off. This wouldn't have worked with just anyone. I agree, it just goes to show that he still loves what he does and as long as he loves it I'm here!

English is not my native language so the title does not generate any reaction in me. I have seen many people literally dying for the word. The funniest thing is that shortly after the rizzness, the Oxford dictionary made it official and included the word "Rizz". The song is a banger and little is said about the instrumental of the song, I love how well produced it is.

Hey, that's definitely a perk of being a non-native English speaker! 😅👌🏾I have gotten over the title. 😂 The production goes crazy, and I think it's great! It took a bit for the sound to feel right to me with Taemin but I'm fully onboard.

The advantages of not being primarily English speaker: Does not associate words with any silly trend! I think the song intends to be cynical about trends and swag, versus more enduring things. That gold necklace, the nails and black outfit make me want to be bitten! BTW your voice and way of speaking reminds me of the 90's night time radio hosts, and the 90's R&B and slow rock music they played.

I'm beginning to think you don't like that word... OK, sorry! lol. I love the song, title is not a factor. But then again, I am older. I have never heard that word in actual usage, and had to have my kids explain it to me. It doesn't bother me because I think it is used in a very deliberate way to speak of the ridiculousness of what is In and Popular. Speaking of having things explained to me, you say he is "so gender". I'm thinking you are referring to his gorgeous androgynous aesthetic?? Being fearless about pushing gender boundaries? Am I even close? I should google that shit. So something I 100% agree with: He IS grown. This is a man not a youth, despite that his face might tell you otherwise. el oh el, it was a lot, I know. 😂🫣 I like that perspective, and from what I know of Taemin as an artist, I feel he'd be good with putting his name on something with that energy.
