Irene is very much an introvert, we hear. She only seems comfortable and fun if she is in her friend group (which does include Blackpink, yes, and some mamamoos as well). Her self consciousness comes from being so gorgeous since her youth. (there are stories about her from high school) Once in a while you can tell (like the "get me out of here" on the stage, or in airports) that she can feel really uncomfortable with fame. sometimes she seems kind of sad -- You can see the same mix of looks on the face of Tzuyu, for the same reason I believe I think she's a great performer, and definitely funny and talented! She is actually my dual bias with Wendy.

Irene and Jennie are actually kind of close. When both bp and rv are having their tour concert in America, they went out together and met at a restaurant. They were even seen 'fighting' to who's gonna pay the check lololol at the end Jennie won and paid the meal. Irene has sent Jennie lots of gifts on her birthday in the previous years. There's also one time Irene can't attend bp's concert in Seoul because of her schedule so she sent a gift instead ☺️
