I always watched this channel, ever since the mop days. During legion, I completed my first ever real raid progression in tomb of sargeras by watching their tutorials. For the first time in almost 16 years I cancelled my sub and it had nothing to do with money or computer issues just flat out didn't want to play the game anymore. I just have up on trying to force myself to enjoy the garbage they are putting out. Honestly I just want them to release some sorry of content because I miss their witty banter.

No. There has not been a good expansion since Warlords of Draenor - and that itself Is tarnished because the last raid went on for 13 months. Also, on topic, it should be pointed out that a DK tank can trivialize phase 2 if they take the talent to reduce the cd on AMS since using AMS while avoid an application of every 3rd malice. So pop AMS as he's casting every 3rd Malice and it won't apply and fall off. Meaning no need to tank swap since the bleeds also fall off on their own.

​@@Beblue1337 It's a quite hard boss for heroic standards; Low downtime, high damage, dps limiter timings and a lot of movement. I also think the fight will run into problems later on due to having the DPS limiters in place. Adds needing to survive/die at safe moments as well as the 1st phase not allowing you to phase before you have 2 stacks. That has to be fixed later on as it will lead to problems.

Ice Blocking the first set of soak orbs is completely unnecessary. Alter Time does the job just as well, prevents about the same amount of damage & saves the immunity for the end of Phase 3 when it's impossible to get too far away from the explosions.

This works but not really. Alter Time doesn't work like that and you'll still get the debuff but the only thing you'll get back is health. Hell even during Stone Legion Generals it doesn't work like that for Wicked Gash as you'll still have it unless it's a transition. And even then a full immunity would be better off and he'll Ice Block is better off then Alter Time because you can fully ignore the grip effect that Alter Time doesn't do. Hell even then if you are a frost mage you have Cold Snap which resets your Ice Block but it's maybe 30 seconds longer then Ice Block for it's cool down

Something not clarified in this video is that Fatboss does not DPS the two ranged Cabalists that spawn on the second set. From the footage here, they just ignore them and focus Denathrius, forcing him to transition to phase 3. He then pulls the two ranged adds to the platform, and they deal with them there at the start of phase 3 by dragging Denathrius on top of them, one at a time. This is how they avoid the 3rd set of adds that all spawn on the main platform.

Nah, the old classic bosses were horrible. Just watch a hardest bosses of all time guide and you'll see cthun, one of the classic end bosses, at 1 or 2. It was mathematically proven to be impossible until it was nerfed. And there was a horrible boss before it as well, twin emperor's. Pls do your research

For any class, like monks that can cast a speed boost, or get a buff from roll/etc, you should be able to trigger those abilities before Sire pulls you in which should mean you have a speed buff for the run into the center.

Well I think it is more on par with Kil'jaeden and the reason I compare it to him was (at least on mythic) basically any death early on by a small mistake will wipe your raid or cause your raid to miss certain checkpoints. Same here with this Boss. I think for an heroic Bossfight I find this one probably one of the Hardest.

It's only heroic that is difficult. I went in with a pug at 2 am and we cleared normal in like 4 attempts without most of the raid knowing what to do in the beginning.

Well in normal there's much less overlaps with mechanics, knockbacks are irrelevant cause they push you just a bit so you should really try hard to die there and also there are no seeds which is one of the hardest parts of the fight in hc Looking forward to mythic cause it seems like extremely hard boss
