Can’t find favorites. You get Content No Longer Available message, when you try to listen to episodes from the day before. Sucks all around.

My app just updated yesterday. I already am irritated with it as I can't find my favorites list. I was hoping to find a video to explain how to maneuver around this new app which is how I came upon this video. Now I'm concerned that my auto app will be messed up too. I hate when they "update" something that was working fine. "The enemy of good is better."

I thought that after the initial "upgrade" I'd have a learning curve and I'd be back at a new normal. Wrong. I no longer have the "Favorites" list, organized in numerical order the way I wanted it. Instead, I see my stations in an order based on the regularity in which I've listened to them. I also see what Sirius is trying to promote to me, like Howard Stearn. I am still at a loss to figure out how to enjoy the app which didn't need "fixing'"

The new app is NOT easier to use unless you're the tech weenie that designed it. I never thought to myself, if only I could go seamlessly from my car to the house. Every redesign is always new features that I never use. What I dislike the most about the next gen is I cannot click & drag radio stations on the app to where I want them. The app categorizes the stations, then places them where it wants them. Why can't they ever give the consumer the option to keep whichever platform they like the most?

Was this app ever beta tested with a focus group of current customers? I am guessing not because it is absolutely horrible. And who thought "library" was a great replacement for "favorites"...no one under 40 has ever been to a library in the traditional sense. 10+ year customer with 2 accounts giving some honest feedback.

The new app is a complete mess. Poorly designed on top of spaghetti code. I know they’re working to improve it, but it’s still so far from acceptable…2+ months after release 😢

The updated app is so bad, I am strongly considering dropping my subscription. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Taking away the 15 second backward and forward controls makes this thing unusuable to me. So so disappointed!!

The whole functionality of this new app is HORRIBLE. Bluetooth connection is super slow. Scrolling up and down and right and left is annoying. Everything is too big. Favorites now called Library (they changed the name) swiping items in your library deletes them with no warning, no conformation. They literally changed every aspect of the app to be less user friendly. It's unorganized, clunky, harder to locate stuff. The worst update to an app that had no issues. They literally broke it on purpose.

I can't wait until the app comes out that way I'll be able to listen more better and it will make it more easier for me to listen to the new app! And what will make it more appealing to me that it will be making it easier for me to navigate the app so I can get the feel of the new surroundings of the app. And I'm going to have a new experience with this app. And hopefully I'll stay with Sirius XM for another 20 ears!

It crashes even more and you library/favorites doesn’t stay in order and it’s just giant gray tiles and you can’t read what song is playing anymore. They took a kinda crappy product and made a giant steaming pile of 💩
