Josh will be missed by many. I don't think many people would be bummed to hear that Heather won't be on. I'm guessing it had more to do with her than him. Either something has gone down between them, or they think they are bigger than the show and will do better on their own. Ain't NO WAY that Josh A. walks away from that show on is own. IMO

I don’t get why anyone would leave, unless forced out. So much great exposure for your career. Why did Madison, Fredrik, The Brits, why did any of them leave, except if they were told not to come back. But yeah, Flagg & Tutor can carry the show, and it just means more time for their own deals.

Josh Flagg and Tracy have great chemistry and grit. No issues watching just them in this turbulent real estate market. What I love most, is all three of them are really friends. I think Josh Altman had a harder time showing failure (like the new office) on the show and the other two are more comfortable with the ups and downs. Can’t wait for the next season with or without Altman.

Either the Altman's have a development deal with a streamer (especially given Mauricio's show Buying Beverly Hills was cancelled, while Owning Manhattan is renewed and Selling Sunset has been an anchor show for Netflix), or they're taking a beat to divorce away from cameras.

I think it’s OK for people to move on. If they decided to move on, or if the network decided to move on from them. Godspeed. Josh and Tracy are more entertaining for myself to watch. I love all the knowledge on the properties Josh gets involved with. I love to see no matter how successful Tracy is, she seems so humble and professional. I’m sure Altman is in the process of getting another show dedicated to his empire he and his family have created. Best wishes to all of them and much success.

@ I have lived in (the better neighborhoods) of L.A. for 50+ years, and there are A LOT of women like her here. (Beautiful, very successful, fit and toned, a bit of cosmetic surgery), it’s quite normal here to see 8-10 “Tracy’s” a day around West L.A. Having said that, when people visit me from Seattle, Montana, Wisconsin, and Boise, Idaho (lots of friends, male and female) they ALL seem to pass judgement on these blonde, fit, beautiful, tall “Tracy” type women (in their Chanel outfits, getting into Ferraris, carrying their $20,000 Hermès Birken handbags, etc). ……I wonder if it’s because these women don’t exist elsewhere (except NYC, Paris, London, etc). 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

MDL is THE real estate show. It's funny when you watch selling sunset as these fake realtors going to a showing of a house that we saw a months before on million dollar listing and we know that Tracy or the Altmans or Flagg already have that listing

Fact here is Each Realtor has their own personaluty and brings that to the show. Rank of Realtor personality 1. Josh Altman 2. Josh Flagg 3. Tracy....... Altman can have his own show on his own and get ratings.....Flagg and Tracy can not. And Atlman has his mutiple agencies now...Newport...Scottsdale...so he can bring more depth to a show on his own....Just like Frederick from NYC...he has a type of personality that can run his own show. They shoudl actually Bring Frederick back. The 2 English guys were interesting but they left or were fired.

Chip and Joanna Gaines announced years ago they were leaving HGTV and Fixer Upper to spend time with their 5 kids. It seemed legit.. but was BS! They just wanted way more money. They announced their Magnolia network in 2019, which ended up years delayed due to Covid. They did another season of fixer upper, and some specials. I was extremely dissapointed by it. A dud! I think MAX just ended up taking it over since no one was paying for that Magnolia channel

If they’re setting up something on their own, I say good luck. I like Josh. Not convinced he can carry a show on his own with just his brother and wife. They’re ok but they’re not Josh and Tracey. And I don’t know maybe it was editing, but I didn’t really like Heather on the last season. She seemed annoyed and was always comparing herself and the amount of work she did to Josh Tracey and her husband. There were several times where she felt left out. She even brought up divorce to Tracey which seemed odd. She considered what they were doing as fun and wanted in on it. She seemed to complain a lot, and even Josh making her CEO wasn’t enough. I think Josh was embarrassed and as a result they quit.

Josh Altman was never home. Spread himself too thin. But then when his wife started working more and still needed to be with the kids the most, there was a lot of tension. Maybe they decided that working and not filming was the best path going forward. Who knows but them.

Yes Flagg and Tracey can maybe possibly flow on their own BUT, it'll get boring, quick. U always need a thorn, a contrast and that's Altman. He is the oil to Flaggs water. They're opposites that cause friction and that brings ratings. Altman is a character, imo, that everyone at times wants to back slap, heck at times so is Flagg. The network might run with Flagg and Tracey but it wouldn't surprise me if they bring in a character like Altman and if that fails either bring back Altman, if they can afford him or cancel the show.
