Not to be a party pooper but as a guitar player I have to say that this is about as easy of a song as possible to play. It's literally the most 4 basic chords (D, A, C, and G) repeated in a super easy progression and consistent strumming pattern. I picked up my guitar after seeing this video and had it figured out in maybe 30 seconds and I'm not a very good player. That being said it's catchy and a cool song.

I did not have high hopes, but not only did this kid cover one of my favorite high school songs with Doloris O'Rierdans beautiful, angelic voice (God rest her soul) that I thought was uncoverable (is that a word?) and did it SO well I almost cried, but then he proves with this video that he is just as good if not better live.
