so so valuable! i had tried the paradiddle with my kick exercise, and when i started moving my right and left hand on the toms, I could feel my flow opening up. I havent tried the inverted ones yet, will def come back and try everything else . A masterclass I def needed to watch!!! gonna try these out on my practice kit at home tonight!!

Right hand or left hand movement around the kit for a paradiddle, paradiddle diddle, 6 stroke roll, and RLL opens up a ridiculous amount of flow.
