आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है रस माधुरी रेसिपी | घर मे रसमलाई, छेना मिठाई, रोसो मलाई, रबड़ी खीर बनाने का आसान तरीका | परफेक्ट स्पंजी रसगुल्ला, पैकेट वाले दूध से रसगुल्ला, गाय के दूध से रसगुल्ला, सफ़ेद रसगुल्ला, रसमलाई, अंगूरी रसमलाई, फटे दूध से छेना, रांची की मिठाई, बाजार जैसी रसमलाई रबड़ी, रबड़ी खीर,रबड़ी रसगुल्ला | स्पंजी रसमलाई, छेना, जूसी रसगुल्ला, बिना छेने के परफेक्ट रसमलाई, बंगाली मिठाई, चमचम रेसिपी, मलाई चाप, खुरचन वाली रबड़ी बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | सबसे आसान रसमलाई, राजभोग, छेना खीर, छेना रबड़ी, छेना रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
For Chena:
Cow Milk(गाय का दूध) - 1 Litre
Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
White Vinegar(सफेद सिरका) - 1 Cap/Spoon
Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
Saffron(केसर) - Some
For Kheer:
Water(पानी)
Full Cream Milk(फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1 Litre
Sugar(चीनी) - Some
Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
Silver Leaf(चांदी का वर्क)
For Sugar Syrup
Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Bowl
Water(पानी) - 5-6 Bowl
Ritha(रीठा) - 1-2 Piece
RECIPE:
For Rabdi/Kheer, keep the pan on the flame, put some Water, some Full Cream Milk to it. Boil it till it becomes half of its initial quantity. Then put some Sugar and boil it once again. Then keep it in the fridge for cooling down.
For Filling, take some nicely chopped Pistachio, Saffron & Chenna. Mix it well and make small balls of it.
For Chenna, take some Water & add some White Vinegar to it. Mix it well and keep it aside. Then take a steel vessel put some Water & Cow Milk and keep it on the flame for boiling. When the milk starts boiling turn the flame off and stir it continuously. Then put some Vinegar Water gradually in it and torn the Milk. Then take a big bowl, keep a cotton cloth on it and put the torn Milk(Chhena) and squeeze it. Then tie it tightly for at least 10 minutes. Take out the Chhena on a plate and knead it properly. Make a dough ball press it with a finger, fill the filling in it, and then give it a round shape.
For Sugar Syrup, put some Water and Sugar in a pan and cook it well, Put some Ritha Water and cook it by covering it and when it starts boiling put one by one the Chhena Balls in it, and then cover it and cook it for 5-6 mins. After 5 mins, stir the Rasgullas carefully and again cover it and cook it for 20 mins. Then put the Rasgullas in an ice-cold water bowl for 2-4 hours till it comes to room temperature. Then put the Chenna on a serving plate, put some Rabri on it. Garnish with chopped Pistachio & Silver Leaf and enjoy it, In this way, Halwai Style Ras Madhuri will get ready at home.
