आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है हलवाई जैसी छेना खीर की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे रसमलाई/छेना मिठाई/रोसो मलाई/रबड़ी खीर बनाने का आसान तरीका | परफेक्ट स्पंजी रसगुल्ला, पैकेट वाले दूध से रसगुल्ला, रसमलाई, अंगूरी रसमलाई, मसाला किचन की खास दिवाली मिठाई रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | बाजार जैसी इंस्टेंट रसमलाई रबड़ी, रबड़ी खीर,रबड़ी रसगुल्ला, छेना रबड़ी बनाने की विधि | स्पंजी रसमलाई, छेना, जूसी रसगुल्ला, बिना छेने के परफेक्ट रसमलाई, बंगाली मिठाई, चमचम रेसिपी, खुरचन वाली रबड़ी बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | सबसे आसान रसमलाई, राजभोग, छेना खीर, छेना रबड़ी, छेना रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
For Chena:
* Toned Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Litre
* Lemon Juice(निम्बू का रस) - 1/2 Lemon
* Water(पानी) - 4-5 Bowl
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Bowl
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 3/4 Spoon
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
For Kheer:
* Full Cream Milk(फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1 Litre
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2-2.5 Tbsp
* Saffron(केसर) - some
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - some
RECIPE
Take some Toned Milk or Cow Milk. In a pan, put some Milk and boil it. When the Milk starts boiling turn off the flame and stirs it continuously. Take some Lemon Juice, add some Water to it and then put the Lemon and Water mixture in the boiled Milk gradually to curdle it. Then take a big bowl, keep a cotton cloth on it and put the curdled Milk (Chhena) in it and put some Water on it then tie it tightly for at least 2 hours. Take out the Chhena on a plate and mash it properly. Then put some White Flour/Maida in it and knead it for 5-7 mins and make some small balls of it.
For Sugar Syrup, put some Water and Sugar in a pan and cook it well by covering it and when it starts boiling put the Chhena Balls (Rasgullas) in it then cover it and cook it for 5-6 mins.
After 5 mins, stir the Rasgullas carefully and again cover it and cook it for 20 mins. Then put the Rasgullas in a chilled water bowl for 1-2 hours till it comes to room temperature. Put some Saffron Leaves on the Rasgullas then keep them in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
For Kheer, boil some Full Cream Milk to make it thick then put some Sugar, Saffron Leaves in it and boil it once again. Then put the ready Rasgullas in the boiling Milk and let the Milk boil for 5-7 mins and stir it carefully and turn off the flame.
Let them come at room temperature, garnish some chopped Dry Fruits on them, and then keep them in the fridge for 2 hours.
In this way, Rasgullas Rabdi Kheer will get ready to serve.
