the bucket of wax, probably happened because collectors dont like/allow botted items as it devaluates collections, so botters get put on "do not trade/interact with" lists, and probably the guy sold 1mil wax to someone, then that someone realized they were botting it, reported them, and now hes baby raging to "Devaluate" his collection, as collectors value items based on ge value, buy limit, how annoying it is to obtain, ect.

yup this, 100%. Sorry, side rant, but I'm on adderall and never told anyone publicly, and want to get it off my chest. TL;DR I still do have the collection, but honestly I'll probably just keep it, find someone who can...procure another ~500k+ of both to equal 1M total of both (I don't care how at this point, not my business/problem) types of cabbages, and just keep both stacks for life. It's an actual F2P def pot, +2 def if 50def or more (+1 def otherwise), so actually viable to use for F2P risk fighting (actually makes a huge fucking difference in 70+ def risk fights, armor or not), can "pre-pot" in the bank, only need 1-3 more per fight, eat a pizza slice>cabbage combo to "repot" (heals 9HP and delay of a normal swordy eat) and since most F2P risk fighters are 1/low atk now, having higher def actually matters/is useful. Rant: There is an extremely high chance I have the largest collection of "F2P def pots" (draynor cabbages) in the game, by far. Because I didn't socialize with the community for a few years, a few ~(4-8ish) key people who know/are confident for a fact I paid vennies very respectable wages to collect the first ~8-25k+ of them minimum (I got into it to try to help vennies, not even for profit, who didn't have the capital or skill to get P2P, do PvM etc., but still feed their families), by collecting cabbages on their "main," and on ~2-6ish alts, semi-AFK either burnt bread on brand new accounts or intentionally burning cooked meat/chicken for profit (back when burnt meat/chicken was somehow equal value to burnt shrimp, which was braindead/made 0 sense since shrimp can't be force burned), usually bread for the first ~500-1k doughs before bread wasn't viable again. I gave the vennies ~70-85% of the profit depending on how difficult they were. They'd get false banned sometimes. I'd pay out of pocket to cover their shit. It was literally feeding their families (I don't buy or sell gold). Anyways, when I came back to the scene with ~200k+ draynors and ~200k+ normie cabbages (and promised I'd either sell all to one client, or minimum stacks of 100k), they were all sussed as fuck and genuinely wouldn't touch my shit after one key player socially "shut me down" over a misunderstanding that happened YEARS ago (nothing to do with bots), even when back in the day I was offered 25-30M for 10k of both cabbages. I was told if I want those kind of prices i.e. ~2.5-4k ea (I literally paid ~1-1.8k per cabbage, because in F2P it's lots of world hopping, very slow not next to a bank, constant energy pot usage on accs with usually 1 agility), I'd have to "wait it out for 3-12ish months and let us see if someone else comes along, to determine if I requested a custom script, and them hoping said scripter ended up reselling/using it, thus expecting another stack to appear." I fucking waited, an over a year now, and they STILL don't believe that they weren't botted, since I was only "active" in the scene and introducing some of my employees over 2.5-3+ years ago, and that vennies are "smarter now" (I got these finished years ago, paranoid fucks), and that I must have had a custom bot because I've always focused on F2P items (no, idiots, vennies need to multi log to make living wages if it's F2P. Fresh vennies are too scared to get a bond, or always, always fucking ripped me off if I showed kindness and spoke good Spanish). This is why I don't even fuck with collectors or collecting anymore, just bond up my maxed med and binge PvP/Wildy PvM for ~7-14 days, and then "quit" for ~3-18 months. Then I just load up the GE sell offers of P2P items on whatever accs with P2P running out, do the same on F2P alts but strictly for buying for F2P items, stack enough cash to supply them for months, and set an alarm for every 6 days to quick log into every acc (~5-80ish depending how many fucks I give) to keep their GE offers active. P2P GE slots and items still buy/sell when you're F2P. Logging into 50 accs literally only takes

This is exactly what happened with me years ago. I clicked one of those scams but changed password later and set authenticator, yet I left the game and months later I discovered my account was banned for major botting, while I was no longer playing. It was unappealable until recently when they removed the ban and I found out it became a Vorkath bot. It even had the pet!

My account somehow got hacked about a year ago. A few weeks ago when I wanted to play again I thought I forgot my password. I recovered it eventually and found out it was banned for botting. I managed to appeal the ban and got unbanned. It did not seem like there was much botting done. The stats were still the same somewhat but all my funds were gone though.

One day I noticed that I couldn't log into my main, back when runescape 2 was around. This didn't raise my suspicion as I got distracted by something else. 3 days later I tried again and realized that I was hacked. After recovering my acc I noticed that 40m gold was gone and I was in frost dragon cave. I got sad, until I found 44m worth pile of frost dragon bones in my bank and most of my combat stats were nearly 99 and I had some membership days left too. I called it a win-win-win scenario, but took my security seriously ever since.

Seeing volcanic ash bots at a much higher frequency since the ban wave conroversy, and looks like they could be making ~598k/hr per bot at high mining levels. One example acc is below, just high enough reqs for Fossil Island unlock and then 86 mining (likely around 36m worth of volcanic ash for this one account alone) "68 Genie 30" is the most recent i've seen, but they're in nearly every world when I'm afking crabs

In world 178 I’m seeing 5 bots just sitting there. all level 13 all identical looking and holding only a bronze pickaxe just outside Faldor on your way to Varock just standing by the npc Willow. Yup, this happened to me too. They hacked 3 of my accounts, one of them got 2,500 Cg kills, the other two have about 30k rev kills each. There was about 500m on all the accounts when they got banned. They're all recovered and 100% safe now, with a lot better stats than before I quit lol

After taking a break from the game a few years back, I decided to log back in but instead found out my account was banned for botting. I never botted, so I appealed and got it back. My username was changed, and I had to wait 3 days for the new bank pin to go away. I don't know how much I had prior to getting hacked, but I'd have to guess it wasn't more than 150m in gear. I finally got to open my bank after recovering my account, and, well... First thing I see was 141m cash stack and a ton of zulrah drop table loot. The zulrah teleports drop change occurred which made the 10k zulrah teleports sitting in my bank worth another 20m or so. I had never seen so much money at once and it gave me a great foundation to get back into the game. I even finished the western achievement diary cape without ever killing zulrah myself. Pretty sure they got me some void gear too. Will never forget that moment of reopening what was sort of my bank! (like pugger said, don't try this yourself -- I just got lucky)

All would be wearing brown robes and would come into the lair before sarachnis to get the red spider eggs, all with weird names like xhuais8hrbfbksid. My assumption is that they were doing it for diaries. Not one would reply to me and it was going on for hours. I never hopped world's but it would take about 2 minutes and a different bot would come through wearing the same stuff.

Love your videos! But one thing I would like to mention is that when you said "chance to recover and get your account unbanned is super low." Recovery, maybe. But if they are able to recover it, Jagex most likely WILL unban it. It's very common for botters to use a VPN to bot on. Then when the account gets banned, put in a ticket to recover the account, saying it was hacked. (This only works on accounts they either have all the info for (and email accounts) or accounts they made themselves) and Jagex is known to unban botted accounts numerous times due to false hacking claims.

I changed the password and managed to get onto the account, and it had membership and was at rev caves with 16K rev kc and 99 ranged. Some gold farmer had been using the account to farm revs and sell the gold. Unfortunately it only had a 3m bank when I recovered it, they must have just recently sold off most of the gold, but gotta thank the random venny who got my nooby alt to 99 ranged though.

My iron and main both got hacked before I swapped to jagex account main was cleared but iron was cleared and botted on which makes me wonder if my main wasn't sold but my iron was got a ton of corrupted gauntlet kc on my iron before it was recovered. Finishing the log 3 times over

As someone that just got back to Osrs i would really like to know what is making people want to play the game, im a f2p player and i find little bot farms everywhere it really feels like theres no anti botting in this game at all

If you don’t think about them the game is still fun. Ironman mode makes it so the bots don’t have much influence on your gameplay too. Ultimately bots increase jagex’s player count and revenue so they will always allow some botting. The nature of the machine.

The hacker got rogues gear on my account, did song of the elves quest, and got me 32m thieving xp and Rocky pet lol. However, I lost all my bank like 250m gp

My og account got hacked by a phisher and a week later i get my account back and it was turned into a zulrah bot. I had never killed zulrah before. When i got my account back shortly after being hacked. I had zulrah pet and both mutagens. Checked my kc. 19 zulrah kc. With all that. Still have a pic on my phone

a friend of mine got hacked and used as a gotr and wintertodt bot. logged back into his account after 5-6 months with his whole bank deleted and replaced with100k nature runes and like a thousand charged glory’s 💀 he has 99 rc and has never crafted one rune in his life lmao
