Valuable review from professional photographer. Hope they will also release RF mount in the future. Thank you for sharing.

We shall see. Canon has shutdown most, I’d not all 3rd party lenses from being produced.
@HighlanderPhoto7 ай бұрын
Yeah I think Canon made other companies stop producing RF lenses altogether.

There are some companies coming out with new RF glass soon, I wonder what deal was made. I'll have to do some research.

I agree that with a name like the "Sniper" I would have expected a telephoto lens. Either way, the f/1.2 looks like it comes in handy. 😎

For sure! Great kit for someone who wants sharp shots! These all work pretty well for portraits.

Such a sensible name for lense from 23 to 58mm.. especially considering, snipers are used to shoot far off subjects.. 🤣😂

Maybe its because of the term sharpshooter

Yeah, I’d love to see a 500mm lens to really reach out. 💀

Good review..did you experience any auto focus failed with this lens?
@RunNGunPhoto6 ай бұрын
Failed? Can you be more specific? Not really sure how to answer that.

Being an apsc lens how it will perform or combine with full frame camera?
@RunNGunPhoto6 ай бұрын
Just fine. My Z6 is full frame. Zero vignetting from being apsc.

There are so many videos, but they are all just words, there are no objective tests. People discuss the name, the design, as if they were going to a fashion show, not taking photos. Is this what marketing looks like now?
@RunNGunPhoto7 ай бұрын
Not really sure what you want. I’m a photographer not a scientist. I’m giving my opinion after using the gear. The problem with your mindset is that you think everything is objective - it’s not. People can have different opinions on a lens even if the specs don’t change. I put my gear through real world tests, meaning it comes with me on actual photo shoots. It either makes my life easier or harder. That’s how I judge a piece of equipment.
