So a long time ago on the radio they did a interview with one of the old hot dog eating champ's of the world. He did not speak English so they had a translator and he more or less said to train for eating he will drink a lot of water like a month or 2 before. He also gave him self more or less shots of salt to balance out the massive water intake. By the end of his training he could drink over a gallon of water in less then 10 mins. Crazy. He also said he was a doctor from japan IIRC it was like 15 years or so ago so I kinda forget.
