This is a great discussion and the Doc is expounding well. But, has the President acted wrongly in appointing judges both at jcc and con court? Why is it wrong with HH and correct with past Presidents? If it's constitutional, why did we allow ECL to endorse this same constitution? If HH fought against this when he was in opposition, why was he not supported to fight against these charges. In the end of it, some of us will take you as mare bells ringing or parrot singing, benefiting none.

If the judgement is wrong since the constitution is the highest court in the land it becomes a precedent and it can only be overruled by the same court in another case but not the same case.

Sishuwa sishuwa is not saying ECL is eligible, but want to protect the credibility of Constitution Courts and that's what Sangwa's point is. My advice to these two corrupt lawyers is stop looking at the credibility of Concourt, but what the constitution says. Remember, how PF abused power when they were in office and do not tell me they were not pulling slings in the Concourt ruling in their favour?

U know if the judgement of ECL was illegal then that makes the election process in 2021 null and void? It’s easier to respect the courts earlier judgement otherwise many complications will arise if they revisit and say ECL contested illegally. It makes the 2021 election illegal and so HH will have to be elected again.
