@@kingdoms-battles هههههههههههه انت مفكر البق الرديئ ده هيساهم في انهيار الدوله؟ طيب اسمع ردي عليه يا حيله واللي بيظهر جهلكم الشديد باللي بتهروا فيه There's nothing called "Sisi-city" it's known in Egypt by Administrative Capital or the New Capital, but I see you tried hard to draw a bad image on this thriving and very important project to our country just before the elections! yeah? coincidence for sure! right?! You also spilled many false info, the whole script acting like those false media of the muslim brotherhood party! you can't even know the difference between the iconic tower and oblisco capitale! LOL AND It's FASCINATING how you "forgot" to mention the most important thing that has been declared MANY TIMES by the prime minister and the president himself which is "not a single Egyptian pound from the state budget is spent on this major project. It is all came from selling lands for investors" but of course if you mentioned that then the rest of your script will be unreasonable! From official sources: [The financing of all projects in the Administrative Capital is completely outside the general budget of the state, and the budget of the new administrative capital is independent and completely separate from the general budget of the state. This clear statement came from the Administrative Capital Company, which confirms that there are no burdens on citizens as a result of the large projects that are being launched in the Administrative Capital. This dispels the rumors circulating about the sources of funding for various projects. On January 24, 2021, the Ministry of Finance said in an official and clear statement that financing the construction of Administrative Capital projects, as well as new cities, is done outside the state’s general budget, independently and separately. The Ministry of Finance explained that the state’s success in creating an economic value for the land on which these projects are located, and transforming it into a source of financing, so that this economic value resulting from the sale of land to investors is used to finance construction operations and pay contractors and workers’ dues.] Abd-alFatah alSisi is really changing the face of Egypt to way way better, by eliminating slums dwellings and those chaotic districts and offered a suitable homes for poor people, tons of infrastructure projects that is needed for the heavy industries domiciliation, reducing unemployment through these projects, and eliminating diseases spread in society through for years through free health initiatives and the comprehensive health insurance project that we started, in addition to establishing many technological universities, developing the education structure, huge agriculture projects, building about 14 new generation four cities, many green energy projects, high-speed train lines and developing transportation, eliminating terrorism and strengthen the army so we can live in peace, and also allowing so much freedom of speech unlike president Mubarak era, and much more. So yeah he is the greatest leader we had since Muhammad Ali, but of course there's people who against him bcoz of the inflation, they don't understand the basics of the global economy, but for me the only critique is that he allowed more than 9 millions of immigrants to enter Egypt which affected many aspects of our life like society and economy. Anyway, that's why we choose him for the third presidential term, deal with it.

Greetings from the UK! This looks awesome and very impressive. I hope this works out. The budget is not too bad....50- 60 Billion dollars? Here in Britain, that is half the cost of a sub-standard high speed rail which doesn't really go anywhere (check out how absurd HS2 is). Also impressive is the scale of the project and how quick it has taken to build. Here in Britain, it has taken over 5 years to build ONE hotel in an arch facing Buckingham Palace. Words cannot do justice to the colossal failure UK construction is but words cannot do justice to the amazing feat that Cairo is performing now.
@czarofallthecanadas81459 ай бұрын
This is true, although the 60 billion figure is a bit more complicated than that. Part of the reason Egypt can build this so cheaply is because labour is so cheap, but labour is so cheap because the country is poor. Egypt will have more trouble affording this because Egypt's GDP is about a tenth of the UK's. (I'm using nominal GDP instead of PPP because the debts are denominated in foreign currency. This is different from the UK in that the UK is financing HS2 with debt in its own currency. Because of that if worst comes to worst it can just devalue the debt by printing money). Also, this comes at a time when Egypt is struggling with a currency crisis. Basically Egypt is the largest importer of wheat in the world. They need foreign currency in order to pay for all that wheat so their people don't starve. All this extra debt is an extra drain on their foreign currency reserves, which is not good. Add to that the fact that wheat prices are at historic highs due to disruptions to Ukrainian and Russian wheat exports and that Egypt's foreign-currency debts before this were already quite high before this, and you see why people are worried about Egypt's situation. And, on top of that, because of a Dam in Ethiopia that's being filled, there's a chance Egypt might lose its water, not be able to grow any food and have to import even more, but that's a whole other issue. Edit: Greetings from Canada

Those will either need to put the money on the table for the construction, or alternativelly they will need to pay for renting those properties over the rental term. Your video contains an unprecedented amount of misinformation, yet your viewers seem unquestioning, granting you unwarranted authority to disseminate unverified claims. As an Egyptian who has spent the majority of my life in the country and has worked in the real estate sector, I possess firsthand knowledge of how newly developed cities and residential compounds are established in Egypt. To address the misconceptions in your video, it is crucial to recognize that Egypt faces significant challenges in its residential landscape, characterized by congestion and pollution in older cities. During the era of Hosni Mubarak, the construction sector was marred by corruption, with bribes to city councils allowing for the unauthorized construction of buildings that exceeded permitted height limits. Streets were obstructed by unlicensed structures, and infrastructure struggled under the unplanned burden of facilities designed for a fraction of the population in each district. These issues necessitated the development of new, heavily regulated cities adhering to construction standards, aiming to enhance the quality of life for Egyptians. Over the past 70 years, nearly every new city constructed in Egypt has enjoyed remarkable success. As a resident of these modern cities myself, I can attest that they have significantly contributed to my decision to remain in Egypt. However, it is crucial to note that these new cities were primarily created to alleviate the strain on older residential areas in Old Cairo, with little attention given to alleviating the burden on the administrative sector of Old Cairo. Contrary to your claims, these newer cities were developed with minimal reliance on the country's monetary reserves. Approximately 90% of the land in these cities was pre-sold to investors, who paid upfront to acquire land rights. The funds generated from these transactions were then utilized by the government to finance facilities, roads, and construction. Consequently, these new cities cannot be held responsible for the economic challenges facing Egypt. The economic challenges we're facing now are the results of international inflationary crisis in addition to local instability of the region. nearly every day we're faced with a new unprecedented challenge that puts a huge strain on our economy, covid 19 consequences, the war in ukraine, the war in sudan, the war in israel, the crisis in suez canal, the terrorist organizations surrounding every corner of our borders, the burden of 30 years of corruption of previous regimes. the revolutoins that devastated our country and forced us to go in deep debt to stay afloat. these are the real reasons we're suffering, but I'm sure all the amount of hard work we're putting to rebuild our economy will someday be fruitful.

I do not know the reason, whether it is political bias or just ignorance... because simply Egypt needs this project strongly, and most importantly, it is a strong addition to the economy, as it has provided very many job opportunities. And move the building materials factories and prevent the crazy increase in real estate prices in the old city, where people increase and the land does not expand. Where do all these millions live if there is no new place and how does the government manage citizen services without modern infrastructure and advanced technology... This video is very misleading... The Egyptians are the builders of the eternal pyramids. It is logical that they build the cities they need faster than others

Long live Egypt ❤💪 Abd-alFatah alSisi is really changing the face of Egypt to way way better, by eliminating slums dwellings and those chaotic districts and offered a suitable homes for poor people, tons of infrastructure projects that is needed for the heavy industries domiciliation, reducing unemployment through these projects, and eliminating diseases spread in society through for years through free health initiatives and the comprehensive health insurance project that we started, in addition to establishing many technological universities, developing the education structure, huge agriculture projects, building about 14 new generation four cities, many green energy projects, high-speed train lines and developing transportation, eliminating terrorism and strengthen the army so we can live in peace, and also allowing so much freedom of speech unlike president Mubarak era, and much more.

Modeling after the Gulf States would be a red flag, bad urban planning, and housing will be out of reach to most Egyptians have little or no money. This is not the solution for Egypt's population overcrowding but birth control is. Just keeping it real.
