🍗Chicken wings
(Tip: if you buy “party chicken wings”, you don’t have to cut them)
I made them into 3 different sauces (no sauce just basic, asian zing, and honey soy). The recipes for the sauces listed here are not for the whole 2.5 lbs of chicken since I divided them into 1/3 for each sauce. If you decide to make just one of the sauces (either Asian zing or Honey soy) for the whole chicken, you need to double the amounts of the recipes for the sauces.
1. Dehydrate chicken wings with kitchen towels. (This is really important!)
2. Add powderly ingredients
(Per pound of chicken, add 1 teaspoon each. I had 2.5 pounds of chicken wings.)
baking powder 2.5t, potato starch(or corn starch) 2.5t, salt 2.5t, a little bit of chili powder, a little of black pepper (about 1t), some onion powder, some garlic powder
3. Mix them well
4. Spray oil the top of the rack and place the chicken. Make sure that they don't cling to each other.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 425F for 20-30mins.
6. Flip them and bake another 20 mins or so. (until the chickens get crispy and golden brown)
7. Your chicken wings are ready! You can eat them like this, but if you would like to add some sauce, follow the direction below.
Asian zing sauce🌶
Ingredients: 1t soy sauce, 1T mirin, 1T rice vinegar, 1T sriracha, 2T honey, 2T water, 0.5t ginger powder, 1t red pepper flakes
8. Stir-fry 1T of minced garlic to 1T of sesame oil at the medium heat. (until the garlic gets yellowish brown)
9. Add the prepared sauce.
10. When the sauce starts to boil, add the chicken at the low heat and coat them with the sauce quickly.
11. Have them on a plate and sprinkle some chopped spring onions.
Honey soy sauce🍯
Ingredients: 2T soy sauce, 2T sugar, 1T Honey, 2T vinegar, minced garlic 1t, water 3T
8. Prepare the sauce, and boil them at the medium heat.
9. When the sauce starts to boil, add the chicken and coat them with the sauce quickly.
10. Finish with some sesames (skip it if you don't have it)
🥗Cobb salad
Ingredients: romaines, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, corns, boiled eggs, bacons,
(Prepare veggies as you like)
Balsamic dressing: balsamic vinegar 4T, olive oil 3T, honey 2T (skip it if you don’t want sweetened balsamic dressing), black pepper a little bit
1. Cut the veggies into small cube sizes
2. Arrange them on a plate like the video
3. Add the dressing as you like
