Trygve Hoff wrote "Nordnorsk julesalme" (Christmas psalm from Arctic Norway) for a Christmas tv show in 1985 but were never released on an album. Hoff died from a heart attack in December 1987 only 49 years old. In 1995 Christmas psalm from Arctic Norway were revitalised. Today Hoff's Christmas psalm may be Norway's most beloved. I dont know was a smoker, but Ive heard som rumors about some coke and amphatamines. But that was back in the days. Now he's all about koocking. Not meth, bue's a finschmekker in the kitchen

Well, I think he is singing. In his hands is not a smoke. I'd say a microphone. But yes, I understand your concernings. I had to look twice but when I could not see him blow smoke and Sissel held the same microphone, I thought he is holding a microphone too and they are singing a duett. Maybe you did mistake a duett for a cigarette.
