I have played in brass bands all my life, I still do. I only found the SA a few years ago and I became an Adherent at my local Corps, I am not a SA Soldier and can not see me becoming one, I am happy as I am. This video breaks down all those barriers and miss conceptions that The SA are a boring lot, it shows they are real and have moved with the times if you think this is wrong you are have sadly missed out on the message. Brilliant, true to the tradition of William Booth who I think said " why should the devil have all the best tunes". I was there when the Regent Hall played this number and the audience were transfixed. More power (from above) to you!

Aha, this is so brilliant! I think so many people are still stuck in old Army ways. I'm 16, and people need to realise that this is what attracts the 'youth' of the Army. Times change, and did you not hear the little kid in the background laughing? He loved it.

Gymnastics? Wow! If that is your interpretation of gymnastics then you really ought to watch the Olympics once in a while. If it "is not appropriate or allowable (is that even a real word?) according to R&R's for Soldiership then why are so many timbrel brigades performing much more intricate "gymnastics"? The Bible says "Praise Him with the Timbrel and Harp...and dancing" Bring the Army into the 21st Century. I for one am pleased to see people interacting with God's Army once more. God Bless :)

I don't like it; it is too entertaining. The Salvation Army is not meant to be worldly. Dancing and performing those gymnastics is not appropriate nor allowable according to the Rules And Regulations for Soldiers of The Salvation Army. . Trying too hard ! o0o
