Amazing work Katie, thank you. Please can you do a video on what happened to Dayton and Truely when Kody was left in charge of them? Dayton nearly lost his eye and needed extensive surgery. He was scarred for life. Truely almost died of kidney failure. I am convinced to this day that his is the reason Robyn had a Nanny around at all times rather than trust Kody to be in charge of her children. We know she will wheel out her kids to be character witnesses for him but I hope Dayton refuses. He lives in a trailer for goodness sake next to a million dollar property! Robyn didn't even have enough food for Truely on occasion as well. I really felt bad for poor Truely in that episode. How about when Kody neglected Ysabel when she needed him most? And those clips where Christine states even though Kody had to drive past her house daily, he NEVER came to see Truely. She says Kody spent time with them once out of 800 days and she was moving to Utah 'so Truely could be surrounded by family WHO LOVE HER'. Finally, how about the clips where Janelle states how long it's been since Kody saw Savannah? That will help Christine's case too. Kody not going with poor Gabe after Garrison passed is another example of Kody neglecting his children.Gabe & Savannah really needed him that day! I'd love to see a deep dive into these examples of Kody Brown's neglect. It would have to be split into 2 parts I bet! When I see this clip that you shared, it also makes me remember the time where Christine brought truly over to Cody‘s home for a holiday weekend. I remember seeing truly walk in with her little suitcase. And everybody was in the natural family groove. While everybody said hi to her at one point or another, you could tell by her face she did not feel welcomed or comfortable. The icing on the cake, if I remember correctly, was when she found out, that they did not have a bed for her to sleep in. They may no accommodations for her, nor did they go out of their way to provide a simple place for her to sleep. Shortly after learning that she probably have to sleep on the couch, I remember her calling her mom and asking For her mother to come pick her up. Truly left on her own accord! To me that showed me how much effort Cody and Robin would give to truly - none! So sad. 😢

There was also zero effort put into her birthday at Robyn and Kody's house. They didn't even have enough food, there were only six pieces of chicken for nine people, and Truely is a vegetarian. There was a small, plain cake and no gifts. Compare that to princess Ari's birthday party, the house was decorated, a big expensive cake that was professionally made, a mountain of gifts, lots of food. Robyn puts no effort in for Truely because she's not one of her bio kids, so she doesn't matter to her.

I wish MN had this law. My ex narc blamed me for parental alienation and the judge believed him. His abusive narcissistic behavior is what alienated the kids from him, not me. Our kids are destroyed mentally. Our daughter died from fentanyl. I did everything I could to protect our kids and the system completely let us down. Trying to live a normal life is impossible, the pain doesn't go away, there's no words for how horrible it is. Narcissistic abuse is the WORST.

As far as I’m concerned Kody abused and neglected his children many times on national T.V. I was discussed and literally felt sick when Kody belittle Garrison and Gabriel with the “wet pencil” remark. How could a father make such a horrific statement about their own flesh and blood on national T.V. Just look at what happened to Garrison, his heart broke and he fell into a deep depression when he realized his father could so easily discard him and his family for his shinny new “Diesel Jean Model” wife. Then poor Gabriel was the one that went to Garrison’s house and discovered his brother had un-a-lived himself. Kody didn’t even have the decency or courage to rise to the occasion and go over to the house to offer comfort and support to Gabriel after his horrific discovery. Kody is not father material, and I feel it actually would be better to have no father than a poor excuse of a father like Kody.

My grandma & other relatives lived 1500 miles away. We saw them at least every other year during my childhood, and when I started having kids my grandma, in her mid 90's, made the trip here every year for a good 5 years. The time that Truely ended up in the hospital is squarely on Kody. He was watching the kids while the wives went on a trip. He was more concerned with his stupid BBQ and the kids who came in with dirty feet than with Truely who was wasting away on a couch! He wouldn’t take her to a doctor or emergency room til Christine got home. The older children where there and could have taken over. By the time Truely saw a doctor, she was severely dehydrated and her kidneys shut down (2014). That is child neglect!

I think it’s pretty sad that this is what Christine feels she has to do to bring some accountability for her daughter’s sake. I’m sure it’s the last thing she wants to do; getting into the family court system is never fun. I’m glad she’s doing this. Kody has been pretty much a non-entity in Truley’s life from day one. I’m familiar with Christine’s attorney here in SL. Kody better grab his cojones while he can because Woodall is going to put them in a vice. Seriously that guy doesn’t screw around.

Christine has said she always wanted her kids to have a good relationship with Kody. HE is the one who doesn’t have a relationship with the OG13. It’s got to be VERY painful for Christine’s kids to see him act so nice towards Robyn’s kids - spending time with them, buying them presents, etc…while ignoring everyone else. Truely has such good male role models - Mitch, for example (remember Mitch vs Kody teaching Truely to ride a bike?), David, maddie’s husband Caleb, and her brothers Logan, Hunter, Gabe, and Paedon - that it might be good for Kody to be kept from Truely. Thankfully Truely is old enough to give her opinion - and courts will take her wishes into consideration. Maybe Christine needs to sue for the $$$ Kody owes her - and just break all ties with Kody and Robyn. He’s showing so much anger towards the ex-wives. He needs to get a grip on himself before he should be around young kids.

Every time I see pictures of Kody and Sobyn’s house I get hit with this feeling of claustrophobia. I think it’s that every inch of wall space is taken up with a picture. The way they have them hung just doesn’t make sense. It’s like they bought them all and there were so many they just said “just put them up however they will fit.” I hate it!!!

Robyn's leash wasn't long enough, so he wasn't allowed to go. Robyn said her two youngest can't be without Kody for more than a day or two, so that's why he didn't go. Robyn didn't allow it because her kids are more important ( to her) and they always come first, to the detriment of the whole family.
