Pipe cleaners are too rough in my hair. I bit the bullet and purchased 2 boxes of the wrap a loc tools and I love them. I even know how to wear them as a style before removing them for the curly look. Plus the wrap a loc tool is black owned so I didn’t mind spending the$$$$

Blessings, I use Henna for a while also colored my hair with a chemical dye no issue. It become an issue when one not using Pure Henna . Maybe in your past journey you were using henna that have adjectives like PPD. Henna have so many benefits especially with naturals. Btw love your energy that you put out. God bless

Yes I take I’m lucky, I did it twice back and forth and no issues till this day. From my understanding and doing some research what I stated earlier that as long as it’s pure should not harm, but all heads are different.
