My retie rate started at $150 now it’s $175 every 6 weeks is my preference. I’ve had my microlocs for 1.5 years from the same loctician that installed them. My loctician says I can stretch my reties to 8 weeks. It’s well worth it for me! I also have a backup in mind as well.

My rate started at $30/hr and had increased to $35/hr after 2 years. Takes 3.5-4 hrs so I’m roughly paying $125-140 every 5-6 weeks. I’d be interested in stretching to 7 weeks but I have hair that grows outside the loc so it’s frizz everywhere.

Thank you for the info. My hair is always growing outside the loc. In a sense it gives you an advantage. You can see new growth and the base of your locs can remain stronger when this loose hair is properly integrated into your loc during retis.

Uggggh! I’m in Md and I pay $100 every 6-8 weeks and she comes to my house! Learn to do it yourself.
