Do you know what is wrong if I can’t use the Thermostat mode now. It was working fine and now it is not working so the fireplace now constantly stays on it won’t shut down when it’s reached the temp?

I have the Napoleon gx 70 an I changed batteries in both units syncing them up but I can’t adjust temp.

push the thermostat icon when you install the last battery. sounds like you disable the thermostat feature.
