I broke off my addiction to Facebook by just deleting the app off my phone and checking off for one month. It worked!

I dont have an addiction to social media at all, I use it when I am alone but when I am actually with people my phone is always in my pocket, I dont take selfies, i dont feel the need to take pictures with people, and I am just there, I'm always there tho, I'm here now.

@Castig I was asking you to share some. I can tell you that over the pasts few years that I've been caught in a lack of sleep cycle. Finally changing that now. Getting enough sleep is an amazing feeling that we some times take for granted. You're more efficient after a full nights rest. Not getting enough rest can result in a side effect becoming depressed.

Yes. I sleep 7 hours (for some reason I can't stay asleep for a full 8). And I try to meditate or run every morning. I think you're right, sleep and some exercise can really help you run more smoothly
