If you go back and watch episode 4. You can see sol scenes the dark side just as he says we both gonna face our past so I don't think it's Qimir the master was already in the forest hence why Qimir knew where the wookie jedi was because he was told by the master

There was a scene where Qimir said he was going to get more water. That is when he slipped off and killed Kalnacca. In his bag he had his helmet, light Saber and cloak. When he got back and was hanging he simply force grabbed the Saber and cut himself down. I believe when he killed Kalnacca it was without his mask thus not appearing as a threat.

Yes, the domicile was only 10 minutes South. The rope snare must of taken at least 30 minutes. Qimir didn't even have to run as the trailer shows the Zipperface had the ability to throw and control the red lightsaber with the force, cutting down thick trees in the process. That said, Mike being 99.9999% sure is being slightly overconfident. Perhaps overlooking the possibility of Zipperface being a totally new character we've yet been introduced. A probability higher than 0.0001%. In great mystery crime noir, the most obvious suspects are often just a red herring. As Sol mentioned to his students in his intro: "don't trust your eyes."

Headland confirmed Zipperface was a man in an interview with Entertainment Weekly last week. If Qimir is Zipperface, he could have killed Kelnacca BEFORE he was hung up. He and Mae were briefly separated when she screamed out. I believe Mother Koril is alive and involved in the demise of the coven and/or made a deal with Jedi Sol. I believe she is pulling the strings and if not the big bad herself, she's using dark side magic to work with a Sith Master or dark side user which would make Zipperface an apprentice.

Qimir is there to subvert your assumption of who the Sith is. IMDb lists Qimir for two episodes, Koril for one episode, and Aniseya for five episodes. With that said, Aniseya is most likely the Sith. Don't forget that this season had three different reshoots, so the leaked photos can't be relied on.

You kind of get the vibe in the plaguies novel, that plagueis and Palpatine don't spend a terrible amount of time together, kind of sends him off to begin his path to the senate, while maul is training in combat with droids and missions. So I wouldn't discount it completely, but I do agree with you, the situations aren't completely comparable. 1. The only way the line in Phantom Menace works is if the jedi group gets killed by Qimir/Darth Venamis, OR if the survivors decide to keep it to themselves and never tell the rest of the Order. Even though Ki Adi Mundi was in the meeting here they never mentioned the Sith in fact they thought it was "one of their own" aka a Jedi or Dark Jedi. Also the jedi are hardheaded and stubborn so ofc Ki Adi Mundi wouldn't even consider the Sith here. 2. As to how Yoda and the high Council knew about the rule of two but not that the Sith were still around well it's easy, somewhere throughout the 1000 years they probably figured this out through Sith holocrons or artifacts, but still believed that eventually they went extinct. Assuming that the acolyte prevents this Sith from being discovered by the rest of the order, it should keep canon intact. 3. As to who "The Master" is, it's one of 6 options. The least likely is Darth Plagueis and Tenebrous. More likely than that is probably one of the Witches (Aniseya is credited for 6 episodes so likely her but Koril only credited for one so prolly not). After that my biggest theory is that it's Qimir, and my hot take is that Qimir is Darth Venamis, making his actions an attempt to overthrow Plagueis and become the only Apprentice to Tenebrous or even kill Tenebrous himself.

I appreciate your views and prediction of Qimir being Darth Zipperface. I could see him using the lightsaber to cut himself down. He also could have ran up ahead to Kelnocca's house to kill him while Mae was resting and Qimir was supposedly going to get water. I don't think it is Qimir because, as you said, Kelnocca most likely knew the one who killed him but he never met Qimir and 2nd there is no reason to use a helmet to cover his idenity and lastly it is just too obvious for it to be Qimir and as this show has repeatedly shown there is so much twists and turn on this show. Qimir is just too obvious. My bet is on Mother Korril because we never really, at this point, seen her die in the fire, and personally, I believe it was her that increased the flames during the fire, to blame it on the Jedi. Kelnocca would have recognized Mother Korril. She has more of a motive to killing the Jedi than Qimir, in my opinion. Qimir is her apprentice, so to speak, that owes something to Darth Zipperface. Mother Korril has feelings for Osha and Mae, which is why she forced pushed Osha to the side. It may have explained her floating to the ground. I also have another theory that is so far out there that it wouldn't be a surprise to me that it would happen. After episode 5, I will reveal it. That's just my opinion, Mike. Your theory is a strong possibility, as well. I just can not wait till Tuesday's episode to drop. Great show.

You will feel so dumb when its not qimir. I don't see Qimir as a threat, he doesn't even look like someone who could cast for a sith apprentice. I rather think the master was always around in the shadows looking over if Mae and Qimir remain loyal. Once Mae revealed she will no longer follow the master, he himself killed him and possibly killed or let Qimir free. The wound was very fresh, as if he was killed only second before Mae arrived.

For me, the real question is are they going to really make the Jedi look bad by the end of this show? They seemed to be painting the jedi in a bad light on the show and in interviews for the show, but I'm wondering if that is a misdirection? I want to know what happened with the witches, it doesn't look like they faced violent deaths, they look to possibly even just be asleep. What if they are all still alive? that's the part I hope they get right, because it feels like the reveal of the masked character may really let some people down and won't have a long term effect on the saga.

Of course, Sol may be the Acolyte in the end as the line that the Master is seeking one is said directly to Sol. How do you kill a Jedi without a weapon? As another commentor somewhere said, you make the Jedi a Sith (aka Darth Vader "killed" Anakin). And we already saw some rage from Sol when the Master killed the two maim Jedi apprentices - he beat the Master pretty quickly right afterward. That may tie into what happened with the fire - Sol's rage came out when the witches took over the minds of one or two Jedi, causing them to fight each other (as has been speculated).

I know Qimir is spelled different but just check out this Symbolism of the name Quamir: Quamir is a regional variation of the name Qamar (meaning “moon”). In Islam, the moon often represents religious devotion as well as God's guiding light on the path through life. Thanks for your video and analysis, if it is Qimir then your telling me that in episode 2 when we see Mae fighting Jedi on Olega, was that when Qimir supposedly travelled to Khofar and found Kelnacca and made it back in daylight? However he was being watched by the Jedi? I am still standing by my theory that Aniseya is in league with this Sith Lord/ Acolyte and I do believe Koril brought Aniseya back to life using her life essence to do so. I remember Aniseya said something about a bond of the thread is strong enough or something like that…I need to watch again.

I have a theory that the Darth Zipperface figure is one of the Prophets of the Dark Side. They are a SPLINTER ORDER of not the Jedi, but of the Sith, created by Darth Millenial after Bane established the rule of two. He left his Sith master after fundamentally disagreeing with the rule of two, and wanted to open the dark side to everyone but training ACOLYTES. There's specific reasons, certain words are used in this show and hints are sprinkled through out. Additionally in Legends, the Prophets of the Dark Side exist parallel to the Sith, with Palpatine discovering them during the Imperial Era and working with them. Eventually though, Palpatine finds them a threat and kills them. I think this Darth Zipperface is a Prophet of the Dark Side who will be killed by the actual Sith Lord, Plagueis or Tenebrous in the final episode, paralleling how the Jedi killed the Brendok witch cult. With both the Jedi and Sith committing these genocidal acts paralleling each other, could parallel the dyad relationship between Mae and Osha, showing us that both light and dark side users can do wrong deeds. This further feeds into the idea that the jedi become more and more like the Sith as the prequel era approaches, making it easier for Palpatine to infiltrate the order, unnoticed.
