Well I hunt midwest and the south from opening day to last day and I have had deer looking right at me and never spook. Yes movement is what gives you away but you are obviously a firstlite guy and should go that route.

Read up on it via the Gortex website. It's science and not necessarily what you think looks/works well. It's designed specifically for Whitetail deer vision. My $.02 worth.

Bro that’s not how the visual spectrum of light works. Deer are effectively red green color blind and actually see the blue spectrum of light better than us. Gray tones are not inherently close to blue you can create grays by mixing any two complimentary colors

@@outdooranalytics7887 thanks for the quick reply. I found them. Your videos have been extremely helpful! I purchased non-typical drake bibs after last season winded down on clearance. Water proof, wind proof, and fleece. The suspenders are entirely elastic and they end up dragging by the end of the hunt. Everything is fantastic except that one part... wish I would have found this sooner as I would own my first pair of First Lite bibs instead. Any clue in if the cabela primaloft pants base layer will be discounted or on sale?
