Well I hunt midwest and the south from opening day to last day and I have had deer looking right at me and never spook. Yes movement is what gives you away but you are obviously a firstlite guy and should go that route.

I decided on the RealmX...for one reason compared to others. Smooth DRAW CYCLE...and vibration free. How do these hold up durability wise against briars, thickets, and thorns? I’ve noticed a lot of the newer styles seem to have softer exterior layers. I want to replace my 20 year old cabelas Goosedown set but it’s a champ against thorns. I’d hate to drop 1k on a new system and have it get ripped my first time breaking brush.

I'm going to echo what a couple other people have said. This is nit designed to conceal you from people, it's specifically designed to hide you from whitetail deer. It was designed around what their eyes can see, not ours.

Well for one nobody had to change camouflage patterns that’s your decision because patterns don’t affect the animals view anybody and you should know that. Animals only see certain colors smh

I just started hunting with a compound in Dec of 2018. Had been shooting my crossbows til then. My Bear Kuma came with a React Alpha sight. After shooting it for almost a year, I can say, I love it!! Trying to look through a multi-pin sight doesn't event feel right to me. I thought that I would need a multi-pin for changes in distance, but nope! This sight is quick and easily adjustable, plus I have learned to be able to shoot at certain different distances (20, 25, 30 yds) without needing to adjust the sight for different distances. I have mine set up to shoot out to 60 yds, which is way further than I would shoot at a deer anyway. If you want a great single-pin sight, this is the one for you!!!

With 7 layers of materials it sounds like the Sanctuary Bibs would be super warm. With that said, should you maybe be comparing them to the Sitka Incinerator Bibs? I have the older version of the Fanatic Gear and the older Incinerator Gear. Here in MN neither are warm enough for long sits in late season. The Heater Body Suit is the warmest thing I have.

Excellent analysis! I really like the depth of your videos. I just got the 2019 fanatic system yesterday. Was wondering about sizing. I'm pretty close to your dimensions - 6' ~210lbs. I got the XL jacket. The base layers and celsius Midi were size Large and fit perfectly. There's a little more room in the mid section of the XL fanatic jacket than I would typically care for. And most of the time I'm a Large in other hunting clothing upper layers. I was worried maybe I should have gotten the Large but after watching your video the XL is prolly the right size for me.

I own the sanctuary jacket and its the best piece of hunting clothing I've ever purchased. Not only is it super warm but its so damn comfortable. I would highly recommend you save yourself some money and instead of going with sitka try first lite out. Just my opinion though.

Bro that’s not how the visual spectrum of light works. Deer are effectively red green color blind and actually see the blue spectrum of light better than us. Gray tones are not inherently close to blue you can create grays by mixing any two complimentary colors

I just got a Realm x and I love it. I paper tuned it really fast. And got it to shoot fixed blades out to 50 yards with field points. So I can’t ask for much more. It’s quiet, fast and really smooth. Gonna be a deer killer for this season.

I like your comments and opinions on here, the one thing is you never showed us the sides of the legs, or the legs at all. I really would have liked to see the whole bib rather than just the very top of it. Anyhow, thanks again.

I would commented sooner, but I just found these videos.Wow just say it you hate the Triax. It is dead in the hand do to the thick riser and that harmonic dampener. Normal distance must be 60 to 80 yards then. I smack arrows out to 80 yards.

Noise is vibration. The harmonic dampening does make a lot of difference.

If you had contacted sitka of how to layer they would have told you to get the fanatic hoodie which takes care of the hood issue and is a neck gaiter as well. All there systems are made for layering, and they are more then happy to tell you which to use.
