My friend buys a 2006 Power Stroke 6.0 diesel F250 from a police auction. sitting 5 years in a impound yard. Will it start and drive home?

Thanks for the heads up. My little lump has been with me a while. I've had it checked and it's just a sebaceous cyst it's harmless unless it begins to grow more. I really don't even feel it. Unfortunately for the location it would be tricky and a bit risky to remove as I'm told. So for now it just rides along.

It was a 2010. Sold it last year
