Nice one Rion! I agree it’s so hard to get the ticket. Sg has a Ghibli exhibition now but ticket cost double. I like kichioji too.

Rion you are too funny 😂. Love the easy way and hard way adventure part of your video. I was relieved that even locals sometimes have hard time navigating 😅❤. Thanks for the video! Gaaaw!

Im glad you got the ticket. I was lucky to snag the ticket in dec last year. You can only purchase on a certain day for the month you want to visit and you only have a few minutes to get it before its all sold out. I think its slightly easier to get now because ghibli park is open. Keep up the video!

When we were planning for our 1st Japanese trip last year we tried getting tickets for the museum with no luck. Our credit card wouldn't work and the website kept refreshing and crashing. When we finally were able to have them in our cart, the website refreshed itself and we lost the tickets and it was sold out. We ended up still going to the Ghibli Park in Nagoya and had an amazing time. For this trip in Feb, we're going with a personal shopper that will get our tickets for us. The prices for the service is more expensive, but it's worth it for us since we're not local. Hope to bump into you in the streets! GAO! Great video! Thank you.

Back on Sunday I had my birthday and it occurred to me that on the vary date you started your channel. How interesting to have something in common from the distance. Although with a slight flue I made a kampai to a long life of both you and your channel from Zagreb, Croatia. As for Ghibli unfortunately I have never watched any of the anime but only some scenes during the concerts conducted by Joe Hidaishi, but I simply adore the musical part of them. My favorite is One Summer's day from Spirited Away based on which Yuzuru Hanyu performed his madterpiece and Hayato Sumino was playing its whole soundtrack in his channel (Cateen). But I watched years.ago the impressive movie Departures the soundtrack of which has been also composed by one and only J.H. (with unforgetable cello solo). So for me your visiting of a Ghibli Museum enabled more insight in the atmosphere, although only from outside. It is interesting how many Japanese places are represented in anime, so is the magical nature and rich mithology. No wonder that the Museum is situated in such a lovely park. This time you could meet even more viewers and it wss fun to watch. You were also lucky that the light rain stopped for due to the fact that the ticket should be bought a momth in advance noone can predict the weather. Thanks for another interesting content. Awaiting more October adventutrs, please stay safe and healthy. GAOO!!!!

Most people who travel to Japan from the western world book the tickets long before they travel. The day rate of the Japanese yen is not that important. And if you can afford to travel to Japan you won´t bother. I sure wouldn´t. If you are a low incomer you wouldn´t travel to Japan at all.
@KristaWasHere865 сағат бұрын
I am fan but not gonna lie, your content is a bit repetitive now and we don’t see anything new.
@annodisc3 сағат бұрын
So then Tell me when was his last time in kichioji and the Museum? Right? Its new
@darrenlau76682 сағат бұрын
I think it was constructive criticism
@paripitiffany54 минут бұрын
Maybe it seems repetitive because Rion revisits similar places to give updates, which includes big & small changes, but he definitely does visit new places and does new things as well, just maybe not as often as we’d like. For a while, he used to only publish one video per week, but since a year ago, he’s worked hard and doubled that! I’d also like to see him go on more new adventures, but I think it’s part of his channel to provide regular updates, especially places many would visit, which is a big help to many, plus he delights in seeing the changes himself, even if small & subtle. I estimate that he made ~40 videos of things/places that he’s never introduced before, but juxtaposed with ~50 updates/vlogs, I could see why it feels “same ol’.” I guess his recent style and choice of topics is not everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s okay. I still commend his efforts in giving us twice the amount of insight into Japan from his local perspective compared to his recent past, and I trust that he has more to offer in the near future. Let’s keep walking! 😊

I don't understand your route. Last time took a Ghibli decorated bus 🚌 from the nearest station 🚉 close by. The way you went is locals rear way. Please redo correctly as this would drive international visitors insane. When you visit Ghibl leave the markets for after - Never beforehand. Grab a snack at Family Mart across the road if you are waiting before opening at the front entrance.
