This video contains the practice of Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma.
Kapalabhati cleanses the nasal passage, the lungs and the entire respiratory system. It increases lung capacity and relieves asthma. It improves digestion and strengthens the lungs, the abdominal muscles and the abdominal organs. The mind becomes more alert with an increased supply of oxygen to the brain.
Anuloma Viloma helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain. The breath naturally alternates between the nostrils every two hours. The breath in the right nostril is hot, symbolically referred to as 'Sun' or 'Pingala.' It is vitalising and accelerating to the organs of the body. The flow from the left is cool and is referred to as 'Moon' or 'Ida.' It is anabolic and keeps the mind calm. The practice of Anuloma Viloma helps bring equilibrium between the two.
Why do we retain the breath?
During retention, the rate of gaseous exchange in the lungs is greatly increased due to an increase in pressure. This means that more oxygen from the lungs goes into the blood and more carbon dioxide from the blood is passed into the lungs for elimination during exhalation.

Can you please make a video of 4 or 5 pranayamas for daily practice which includes bhastrika for daily practice which will be finished in 20 minutes maximum. I am regularly practicing with your videos

The sound that is created may be to know how quicik exhalation is done in repetition. May be in actual practice of this kriya no sound is created. Am I correct? Pl advise. Thanks.

This is the sound while I am instructing but while you practice, there be a little sound of exhalation.
