This weekend I had a VERY stagey day because I got to go see the original West End cast of SIX the Musical reuniting to perform a concert version of the show in a very special venue - Hampton Court Palace!
The show starred Jarneia Richard-Noel as Catherine of Aragon, Millie O'Connell as Anne Boleyn, Natalie May Paris as Jane Seymour, Alexia McIntosh as Anne of Cleves, Aimie Atkinson as Katharine Howard and Maiyah Quansah Breed as Catherine Parr.

I was there on Sunday too, but my megasix was the most blurry thing to ever exist because I was about five rows from the back and had given up on not dancing along by then - makes me want to try and go to sing-a-long! I totally agree with you about Aimie, she’s my favourite part of six, as much as I’ve enjoyed other cast members of course. And I’ve never seen the Cleves costume reveal before so I nearly broke my friends wrist when I realised it was about to happen.

I saw it (more than once😅 .. Had to make the most of seeing all the OG queens for the first time) and loved it. I knew I'd love Aimie but wasn't prepared for just how anguished and perfect her Howard would be. For some reason I didn't really have much of an opinion about Maiya either way before the show, but I was blown away by her Parr. And my god it was good to hear Natalie Paris singing Heart of Stone again. No one does it better for me. This group of queens together is definitely my favourite, the energy and connection between them was just something else.

My sister works at Anne’s childhood home, Hever castle in Kent, so talks about Anne Boleyn all day so we had to go see it. We went to the first showing on Monday and it was boiling hot, but other than that it was fantastic! We regretted not buying the merch fans beforehand though, we really could’ve used them.

The rain... yep especially during Haus of Holbein...it was us. My sister got absolutely drenched from it. A really kind lady did offer us a blanket midway through but yeah...it was not a fun time for us haha

I was there for the matinee yesterday and was BLOWN AWAY!!!!! I never thought I would get to see the OG Queens as I live quite far outside London and they absolutely did not disappoint. It was amazing to see all of them but I especially loved seeing Natalie do Heart of Stone she was phenomenal and I also adored Aimie as K Howard, who like you said is just astonishing.

I was lucky enough to see it for the first time at the start of this month when the Australian tour came to Her Majesty's Theatre in Adelaide (the capital of South Australia). I'm with you, if I walked back into a job I hadn't done for four years I would have just wung it too. my friend and I were there on the 20th... the person sitting next to me was so surprised that we traveled all the way to England from Denmark to see the show but like I love the songs and the fact that I got the chance to see the og west end cast was a no brainer for me to get the tickets. The show was amazing and luckily we didn't have any rain

Fun thing about the palace for those with keen eyes, one of the sets of stairs from the courtyard into the Tudor part of the Palace is called the 'Anne Stairs'. This is because after Anne Boleyn's execution and Henry's marriage to Jane Seymour, Henry ordered for all the coat of arms and carvings of Henry and Anne's names together to be removed. However, in this one stairway there is still a H&A engraved above the archway because someone forgot (or possibly 'forgot') that it was there. I was part of a show at Hampton Court celebrating 500 years as a royal palace when I was 18 so they showed us all round these little bits and I like sharing them

I went to the monday 3pm showing and it was the first time I saw it, been wanting to see it for so long but due to where I live and work just haven't been able to secure time off to see it. I loved it and it was better then i expected and I expected it to be amazing. This would of been my second time i saw it if the drive through concerts went through but sadly they didnt.

Having seen this show 4 times thanks to a Six obsessed niece I have to say the original cast were by far the worst singers. They sound like those performers who do Fringe because their not quite good enough to do West End. They had the most energy, but vocals were not as crisp as others.
