Aaah - the classic organized crime “no-show” scheme! Always the sweetest ‘job’ in the business - get full medical benefits for the family, don’t even have to pack a lunch! 😉 Second is the “no-work” scheme - where sadly the ‘employee’ still has to ‘put in 9-5’ but can watch cable TV on sun bathe on a lawn chair on site for the 8!
