Did you know in your freezer section at Walmart they sell frozen bell pepper and onions in a bag and I buy probably 10 of them every time I shop and that way I always have onion and bell pepper on hand and they're frozen so you just keep them in your freezer😁

Loved this video! When I make lasagna I use an egg in the ricotta it makes it more creamy. I liked the idea of rolling it up but I think your right it’s probably easier to lie it flat! Looks delicious

Next time making rollups ..just put the lasagna noodles in a shallow dish with warm water...let them soak while get other stuff out and ready ...alot easier then boiling them and works great

So glad to be back watching your videos. I really have missed them. If everyone could keep me and my friend Melissa in your prayers that would be great! We both were supposed to be undergoing surgery for a kidney chain transplant. I would be giving to someone and someone would be giving to her! It just got canceled today for the second time. I’ve made regular lasagne roll ups and when I put them in the pan, I stand them up on the end, like the open end facing up. You get more in the pan this way and it bakes up great.

I must try the pizza lasagna roll ups sometimes. They looked delicious! And what a genius idea to use pita bread to make mozzarella sticks. Excellent way to use up that type of bread. I will try that too sometime! We had an all vegetable dinner tonight. I stopped by a farmers market stand on my way home from the dentist today and bought fresh sweet corn, fresh green beans, fresh yellow baby potatoes, a black diamond watermelon and cantaloupe. The fresh sweet corn was delicious and I cooked the green beans and potatoes together with bacon, chicken broth, brown sugar and other seasonings. (sort of like Mandy's green beans but with a few more things.LOL!) So yummy!! The watermelon was the best I've had this summer and the cantaloupe didn't disappoint either. Have a great evening!
