1) breath meditation 2) walking meditation 3)be involved in whatever you are doing, don't multitask 4)by recitation mantra like om 5) waiting for the next thought,watch your thoughts be conscious about your thoughts 6) practice of silence .... ❤️🙌🏻....

In addition, Eckhart Tolle, writes of a method that I have found to be exceptionally exceptionally useful, it is what he calls, body awareness. What you do is focus on your body, and your breath, all day, every day. He describes how it is done in detail in his book, the power of now. 😊

Some people, mostly female, were born to be multi-tasking, they can cook, watch TV and make phone call at the same time, but they can still live in the present moment because this ability is in their blood. Another comment, recitation of mantra may be specific to a certain religion that believes in mantra. Instead, an expression of gratitude or prayer or today's blessings (in whatever religion or no religion you believe in) is a good substitute. Meditation, gratefulness., practice of silence and consciousness are universal, can be practised by anyone irrespective of religion or belief. Thanks for sharing valuable thoughts!

I totally relate to one of the dialogues said in one of the Kung Fu Panda movies by a well-learned turtle character in which he said that "Yesterday is a history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift, that's why it is called present", and it is actually true, and by your video, this dialogue has got much more value in my life😊, thnx a lot!!

there's a book called whispers of manifestation on borlest , and it talks about how using some secret tehniques you can attract almost everything in life it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal

But I want to escape the present moment , I can’t bear , much longer , to live in it. The fear and anxiety born of the stress makes me want to get to the next moment . Switching the head “off “ is nigh on impossible - for me and god knows I’ve tried everything.
