We are excited about our partnership with Professor Locke and the potential to move the interpersonal circumplex (IPC) from its predominant use in research and clinical settings to improve organisational leadership, team and organisation culture. Yes, the IPC is mostly used in clinical work and research, we are keen to explore its application in executive coaching, organisation culture change etc.

@gozde Yes, the IPC's origins are more in research and clinical work, its only recently that it has been applied to organisations. For example, the individual version, the Circumplex Behaviour Scan 360 (CBS360) was adapted from work in Belgium where it was used to support therapy patients review their interpersonal strengths and weaknesses that may be driving undesirable interpersonal and intrapersonal outcomes.
