Thanks for your insights into the performance. I'm surprised you didn't comment on the run at the end of K Howard's part. It seems to me that Sam Pauly (the actress who originated K Howard in the US) varies the duration of the run from one performance to the next (for example, watch their performance at the 2022 Tony Awards; it goes on and on and on). (And it makes me laugh/cringe that American broadcast networks bleep "prick" at the start of K Howard's part for daytime "family" shows; they did for the Thanksgiving parade performance this year, too.) For Anna of Cleves, they had to raise the key for Brittney Mack (again, who originated) so I presume the difference between her performance in the role and the UK studio album would be noticeable (to someone like you who can hear those things). I think Brittney is a good example of musical theatre performers being versatile because she's classically trained. (In the UK and other performances, one of the "Get down you dirty rascal" lines is slowed or distorted, but Britt does it as if it were opera.) Have you seen that the US Broadway Live recording is at 99.8 million streams this year? It was released in May, so that's basically a six-month period. People (myself included) are obsessed! I've been fortunate to see it twice and can't wait to see it again!

I know it's been a year, but I super appreciated your comment. I think this is one of my favorite vocal mixes of this song that I've seen, somewhat surprising considering that they're outside, contending with NYC street noise and such.. I'm very partial to this cast and could listen to Sam Pauly's voice all day, every day. I'm not as familiar with the West End cast(s), but found the information about the information about Brittney Mack's background so interesting (and makes so much sense) , as well as the difference you pointed out between the U.S. vs UK versions. Thanks so much for the info!

I know I'm like a year late to this party, lol, but one of my fave Six reactions by far. (Have you done Sam Pauly's version of "All I Wanna Do"? I'll search. I would love to see what you think). Your accent is great, your vibe is great and you also had insightful, easy-to-understand vocal instruction. But I think my favorite part of the video is how genuinely delighted you were by the performance. It's exciting to see someone have such a passion for what they do. Thanks!

I just realized myself ( I just made it up. )............ That a vocal coach shouldn't SWEAR, because then your Vocal cords will be dirty. But, I'm just telling you, you don't have to because I'm just 9 years old, but it'll be much better if you don't. Thank you!😊😊😊
